Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HEYBA®, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Cases Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is different from the item ordered.
  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • The returned product meets all return conditions.

Refund Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team and provide your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved if all conditions are met.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, HEYBA® will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the refund is requested for personal reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs may apply.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products missing original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
