At HEYBA®, we care about getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible—without compromising on quality. That’s why we’ve set up a flexible and transparent shipping system that delivers straight to your doorstep with ease.
🚚 Shipping Areas
- We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
- For now, shipping is limited to Egypt, but international delivery is coming soon.
⏰ Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.
- Other governorates: 3–6 business days (depending on distance).
- Note: Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Cairo & Giza: Flat rate of EGP 50.
- Other governorates: Between EGP 60–80 (calculated at checkout).
- Free shipping on all orders above EGP 1,000.
📦 Order Tracking
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a WhatsApp notification with your order details and delivery updates.
⚠️ Delays
We partner with trusted courier services, but in rare cases delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
If that happens, our customer support team will always be available to assist you.
